Job Description

  • Welcome and serve guests professionally.
  • Take orders and ensure timely service.
  • Prepare coffee, beverages and mocktails as per SOP.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of service/bar areas.
  • Ensure proper setup of tables, crockery and cutlery.
  • Follow grooming, food safety and service standards.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and service team.
  • Assist with opening, closing and daily operational duties.
