Skills and Requirements

· 1–3 years of minimum experience in B2C sales / tele-sales / customer-facing roles

· Strong verbal communication skills

· Comfortable making minimum 80–100 connected calls per day

· Target-driven mindset

· Good persuasion and negotiation skills

· Basic Excel knowledge for reporting

· Strong follow-up discipline

About the Role

This B2C Sales role focuses on directly engaging with individual customers, understanding their

requirements, presenting relevant solutions, and closing deals. The candidate will manage the complete

customer journey from initial contact to payment closure, ensure strong follow-ups, and contribute to

achieving monthly revenue targets through consistent outreach and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities

· Handle end-to-end B2C sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure

· Make outbound calls daily and follow up on warm and cold leads

· Outreach via linkedin, email, and other professional platforms

· Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services/products

· Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets

· Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure lead conversion

· Address customer queries with clarity and confidence

· Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and closures in CRM

· Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and smooth service initiation

· Build trust with customers through consultative conversations

· Track daily performance metrics and maintain reporting discipline

· Use Excel & CRM for basic tracking of sales, follow-ups, and revenue
