Job Title: Call Centre BPO Executive
Location: Malad West Mumbai
Key Requirements:
- MUST BE A GRADUATE
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts
Role Overview:
- Handle international customer interactions via calls/emails/chat
- Resolve queries efficiently while maintaining quality standards
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and adherence to process guidelines
