Job Description
Duty Timings: 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM (11 Hours Shift)
Weekly Off: 1 day off per week Sunday
No Off on Public Holidays (Expect Hoili )
Salary & Benefits:
Fixed Salary: ₹27,000 per month (Paid by the 5th)
Overtime (OT): ₹100/hour after 9:00 PM
Late Night Allowance: Flat ₹150 PER Hr if duty crosses 12:00 AM
Daily Food: To be managed by you.
Outstation Duty: ₹300 per day food allowance + stay will be provided.
Our Core Rules
(Non-Negotiable):
Uniform: Clean, well-ironed uniform and proper shoes must be worn daily. High personal hygiene is expected.
Etiquette: Courteous and alert. Opening car doors for family members and all guests/outsiders is mandatory.
Strict No Tobacco Policy: Absolutely zero tolerance for tobacco, gutkha, paan, smoking, or drinking on duty. Immediate termination if caught.
