Job Description
- Monitor and maintain the property, buildings, and surrounding areas.
- Ensure the cleanliness of common areas, gardens, pathways, and premises.
- Conduct regular inspections and report any maintenance or repair requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers for repairs and maintenance work.
- Oversee utility services, including water supply, electricity, and sewage systems.
- Ensure the security of the property by monitoring access and reporting suspicious activities.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, visitor logs, and property-related expenses.
- Assist property owners or management with day-to-day operational requirements.
- Handle emergencies and take appropriate action when required.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and property rules.
