Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesAcquire new Current Account (CA) and Savings Account (SA) customers.
  • Generate leads through field visits, references, and local market activities.
  • Meet monthly CASA acquisition targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Explain banking products and services to prospective customers.
  • Cross-sell products such as Fixed Deposits, Insurance, Credit Cards, Personal Loans, and other financial solutions.
  • Ensure proper completion of KYC and account opening documentation.
  • Coordinate with branch staff for smooth customer onboarding.
  • Maintain daily sales reports and activity records.
  • Provide excellent customer service before and after account opening.
