Catalogue Executive

Role OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented Catalogue Executive to manage product catalogue creation, updates, and maintenance. The role involves handling large volumes of product data, ensuring catalogue accuracy, and maintaining up-to-date information for medicines and OTC products.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCreate, update, and maintain product catalogues for medicines and OTC products.
• Perform accurate data entry of product details such as composition, strength, pack size, and pricing.
• Ensure catalogue data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies and duplicate entries.
• Coordinate with internal teams for catalogue updates and corrections.
• Eligibility CriteriaD.Pharm or B.Pharm qualification (Mandatory).
• Minimum 6 months of experience in retail pharmacy, catalogue management, or a similar role.
• Basic knowledge of medicines and OTC products.
• Good data entry and MS Excel skills.
• Required SkillsStrong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good understanding of pharmaceutical products.
• Ability to manage large datasets efficiently.
• Basic communication and coordination skills.
• CANDIDATES WITH RETAIL STORE EXPERIENCE ARE PREFERRED

Experience: 6 months – 2 years

Qualification: D.Pharm / B.Pharm
