Experienced CA or experienced semi CA. Recent Experience in CA firm of small to mid size is mandatory.

Independent handling of clients and assignments

Finalization of accounts,

tax audits,

GST audits

Handling departmental matters, scrutiny, appeals

Planning and supervising team work and allocations

Reviewing work of juniors and semi-seniors

Client advisory, structuring, and compliance planning

Process improvement, documentation, and quality control

Training and mentoring team members

1) ITRs in seasons for individuals, NRIs, HNIs, Ultra HNIs, HUFs, Partnerships, Companies, LLPs

2) FEMA

3) International taxation and 15CA/ 15CB

4) TP/ 3ceb

5) TDS compliance

6) Income tax notices, rectification, refund, updated returns, representations, assessments, reassessments, appeals etc - all department related work

7) Adv tax and tax planning

8) Accounting

9) Regular GST compliance, attending to GST audits, GST notices/ communications

10) Stat and Tax audit and its preparation

11) ROC, ROF, IEC, PT, STPI

12) Other miscellaneous

Monday to Saturday working

Office timing 11 to 7.30 non season time and during season like June / july etc it stretches as per need including working on sundays.
