Chef De Partie

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie – Continental to manage a designated kitchen section and ensure the preparation of high-quality Continental dishes. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining food quality, hygiene standards, inventory control, and supervising junior kitchen staff.

• Key Responsibilities-Prepare, cook, and present Continental dishes as per standard recipes.
• Manage and oversee an assigned kitchen section (Hot Range, Grill, Pantry, etc.).
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all dishes.
• Supervise and train Commis chefs and kitchen helpers.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
• Minimize food wastage and control portion sizes.
• Assist the Sous Chef and Executive Chef in menu planning and recipe development.
• Ensure timely food preparation during service hours.
• Follow all kitchen SOPs and safety regulations.
• Requirements-Diploma/Degree in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in Continental cuisine, with at least 1-2 years as a CDP.
• Strong knowledge of Continental food preparation techniques.
• Experience in restaurants, hotels, cafés, or casual dining outlets.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
