Job Description
City Manager role for QSR brands, cloud kitchens, restaurant chains, and food-tech in Curefoods for Olio Pizza.
The City Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall business operations, sales growth, profitability, customer experience, and people management across all Olio Pizza outlets within the assigned city. The role ensures operational excellence, brand standards, and achievement of business targets while driving team engagement and customer satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Operations Management:
Oversee day-to-day operations of all outlets within the city.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
Conduct regular store audits and implement corrective action plans.
Monitor outlet performance and ensure operational efficiency.
Team Management:
Lead, coach, and mentor Area Managers, Store Managers, and outlet teams.
Ensure adequate manpower planning, recruitment, and retention.
Drive employee engagement, performance management, and succession planning.
Conduct regular training and development initiatives.
