Job Description: Admin & Client Coordinator (Kids Casting Agency)✨



♦️The Admin & Client Coordinator will be responsible for managing daily operations and ensuring smooth coordination between clients, parents, and the internal team. The role involves handling administrative tasks, maintaining artist data, and assisting in the execution of casting processes.



Key Responsibilities:

* Manage day-to-day administrative activities

* Coordinate with parents and clients for auditions, shoots, and schedules

* Maintain and update the database of child artists

* Handle calls, messages, and follow-ups efficiently

* Assist in organizing auditions, casting calls, and shoot schedules

* Support the team with data entry and documentation

* Ensure clear communication between clients and the team



Requirements:

* Strong communication and coordination skills

* Basic computer knowledge 

* Good organizational and multitasking abilities

* Responsible and detail-oriented approach

* Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory
