We are looking for a Client Relationship Executive for a pest control company.
Responsibilities.
1. Data Entry Accuracy: Track the percentage of errors in data entry, aiming for minimal mistakes.
2. Scheduling Efficiency: Measure the percentage of appointments scheduled within the requested timeframe or the number of appointments scheduled per day.
3. Customer Satisfaction: Monitor customer feedback related to phone interactions or initial service inquiries. This could be measured through surveys or feedback forms.
4. Task Completion Time: Track the time it takes to complete specific administrative tasks, aiming for timely completion.
Daily Tasks of Office Assistant
1. Daily Operator Meeting & Schedule Check
2. Daily Job Schedule and Assignment in EVA Software
3. Pending service check and Schedule or Reschedule services.
4. If the program is empty, call Residential Pending services and fill this out.
5. Checking whether yesterday's assigned work has been completed in the software.
6. Attend calls: Customer, Staff & Technician Calls (New Enquiry, Complaints)
7. Daily Attendance update in Zoho Sheet.
8. Collection Update in Zoho Sheet on a daily basis.
9. Branch Debtors Follow-up.
10. Remark entries in Zoho Sheet (Performa, Debtors & Billing)
11. Monthly Program Entry in Zoho Sheet and Schedule.
12. Monthly Chemical Stock Entry in Excel Sheet
