Job Description
Hiring for Client Relationship Executive for Furniture Hardware Industry .
Job Objective:
The Client Relation Executive will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our key clients, ensuring their needs are met, and driving business growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills, a deep understanding of the modular furniture industry, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
- Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to review their requirements, satisfaction levels, and business growth opportunities.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing key accounts.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for expanding the customer base and increasing sales.
- Present new products and services to key clients and negotiate contracts and pricing.
- Monitor and analyze key account performance metrics, including sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement account plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services to key clients.
- Work closely with the design, production, and logistics teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Coordinate with the customer service team to resolve any issues or complaints from key clients.
- Provide feedback to product development teams based on client needs and market trends.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and threats.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on market analysis.
Note- Ready to travel PAN India.
