Job Title: Field Debt Collection Agent / Recovery Executive
Location: Mira Road (Field Work – Mumbai)
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Experience Required: 5+ Years
Job Description:
We are hiring an experienced Field Debt Collection Agent. The candidate will be responsible for visiting different locations across Mumbai to collect outstanding payments from clients. This is a field-based role requiring travel, strong negotiation skills, and professional behavior while handling customers.
Responsibilities:
- Visit clients across Mumbai for pending payment collection
- Handle field recovery and overdue accounts
- Negotiate payment terms and settlements
- Maintain daily visit and collection reports
- Coordinate with office team for payment updates
- Achieve monthly collection targets
- Handle difficult and escalated cases professionally
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience in field debt collection
- Must be comfortable with travelling across Mumbai
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills
- Good communication skills (Hindi/English)
- Responsible and target-oriented
- Two-wheeler preferred
Job Type: Full-time
