Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Collection Telecaller to manage write-off accounts through outbound calling. The role involves contacting customers, negotiating repayment plans, resolving outstanding dues, and achieving collection targets while adhering to company policies and regulatory guidelines. Candidates with either DRA certification or without DRA certification are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound collection calls to customers with write-off accounts.

Communicate professionally to recover outstanding dues.

Negotiate repayment plans and encourage timely payments.

Follow up with customers based on agreed payment commitments.

Update customer interactions, payment commitments, and collection status in the system.

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.

Handle customer queries and escalate complex cases when required.

Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and customer service standards.

Maintain confidentiality of customer information.

Eligibility

Minimum qualification: 10th or 12th Pass / Graduate 

 experienced candidates may apply.

Candidates with or without DRA certification are eligible.

Experience in collections, telecalling, customer service, or banking/financial services is an added advantage.

Required Skills

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to persuade customers professionally.

Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.

Target-oriented with a positive attitude.

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Experience

1–3 years of experience in collections, recovery, telecalling, BPO, or customer service.

Experience handling write-off or delinquent accounts is preferred.
