Job Description

Commis 3 Chef – The Tiny Tub

Position: Commis 3 Chef

Brand:

Salary: upto ₹22,000 per month

Location: Mumbai

  • Job ResponsibilitiesAssist in daily preparation and production of desserts as per brand SOPs
  • Prepare and portion ingredients for cheesecakes, donuts, brownies, cookies, sauces, and other dessert items
  • Support senior chefs during production and dispatch operations
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the kitchen at all times
  • Follow recipes accurately to maintain consistency and quality
  • Help with stock organization, FIFO rotation, and ingredient storage
  • Ensure workstation setup and cleaning before and after shifts
  • Assist in packing and labeling products when required
  • RequirementsBasic experience in bakery, pastry, or dessert kitchen preferred
  • Freshers with good attitude and willingness to learn can apply
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Team player with discipline and punctuality
  • Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety
