*Job Title: Consultant Intensivist / Critical Care Specialist*
Location: Kandivali West, Mumbai (Leading Super-Speciality Hospital)

## Job Overview
A premier healthcare institution in Kandivali West is seeking two highly skilled and dedicated Intensivists to join our state-of-the-art Intensive Care Unit (ICU). This role offers an excellent work-life balance with a structured 4-day work week while managing critical patient care.
## Shift & Schedule
* Duty Hours: 12-hour shifts (08:00 AM to 08:00 PM / 08:00 PM to 08:00 AM)
* Work Days: 4 days a week (Rotational)
## Eligibility & Qualifications
* Education: MD / DNB in General Medicine, Anaesthesia, or Pulmonology
* Experience: Prior experience in managing medical/surgical ICUs, central lines, intubations, and mechanical ventilation is highly preferred.
* Skills: Strong clinical judgment, quick decision-making, and excellent communication skills with patient relatives.
## Compensation & Benefits
* Salary: ₹1,50,000 to ₹2,00,000 per month (Commensurate with experience)
