Job Description

We are looking for a full-time Marketing & Content Coordination Executive to work from our office and support the daily execution of our marketing work.


We already work with an outsourced content writer, graphic designer and marketing agency. This role is mainly to coordinate, organise, follow up and make sure the marketing work is completed properly and on time.


Role Overview

The person should be very organised, structured, social and good at follow-ups. They should be comfortable speaking to hotels, clients, vendors and internal teams for marketing-related work.


This is not a senior marketing strategy role. The role is focused on coordination, execution, organisation and daily follow-up.

Scope of Work

  1. Marketing coordination
  2. Coordinate between the owners, content writer, graphic designer and marketing agency.
  3. Content calendar
  4. Prepare and maintain a daily, weekly and monthly content calendar for social media, WhatsApp, emailers, website updates and campaigns.
  5. Canva support
  6. Should be good at Canva and able to make simple creatives, story posts, basic edits, presentation layouts and social media formats when required.
  7. Briefing and follow-up
  8. Give clear briefs to the content writer and graphic designer. Follow up for captions, creatives, reels, stories, banners, emailers and campaign material.
  9. Social media execution
  10. Help with posting, scheduling, stories, reels planning, basic engagement and keeping the pages active.
  11. Client and hotel coordination
  12. Speak to clients, hotels, vendors and partners for marketing content, photos, videos, collaborations, testimonials, approvals and brand material.
  13. Festival and gifting content
  14. Help plan and coordinate content around festivals, gifting, hampers, special occasions, client gifting, hotel gifting and seasonal campaigns.
  15. Event content
  16. Attend selected social events, hotel visits, client meetings or brand events with the owners to help capture content ideas, photos, videos and behind-the-scenes moments.
  17. Basic photo and video capture
  18. Take simple photos and short videos during office work, hotel visits, events, client interactions, gifting moments and behind-the-scenes activities for future content.
  19. Content bank management
  20. Maintain a proper folder of photos, videos, hotel images, client testimonials, event pictures, brand creatives, logos and past content, so everything is easy to find and reuse.
  21. Testimonials and client stories
  22. Follow up with clients, hotels and partners for testimonials, reviews, feedback, photos and short success stories that can be used for marketing.
  23. Emailer and WhatsApp broadcast coordination
  24. Help prepare and coordinate emailers, WhatsApp messages, festive greetings, client updates and campaign communication.
  25. Database support
  26. Maintain and update basic marketing lists such as client contacts, hotel contacts, vendor contacts, past event lists, festive gifting lists and mailing lists.
  27. Research and ideas
  28. Look at hotel pages, event pages, travel pages, social media trends, festive ideas, gifting ideas and brand references to suggest useful content ideas.
  29. Event and festival calendar
  30. Maintain a calendar of important festivals, wedding season dates, corporate event seasons, hospitality events and relevant industry dates for content planning.
  31. Trackers and organisation
  32. Maintain proper trackers for content plans, creative status, pending approvals, posting schedules, festival calendars, hotel content, client content and campaign deadlines.
  33. Monthly marketing report
  34. Prepare a simple monthly report showing what was posted, what campaigns were done, basic engagement, pending work and next month’s content plan.
  35. Website and profile hygiene
  36. Check that the company website, Google profile, Instagram bio, LinkedIn page, highlights and basic brand information remain updated.
  37. Brand collaboration support
  38. Help coordinate simple collaboration opportunities with hotels, venues, gifting partners, event vendors or travel-related brands.
  39. Brand consistency
  40. Check that all content and creatives are neat, correctly written, on-brand and posted on time.


Skills Required

Good English communication

Very organised and structured

Good at Canva

Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn

Comfortable speaking to clients, hotels, vendors and partners

Social, confident and presentable

Good with follow-ups and deadlines

Able to work from office full-time

Willing to attend events when required

Basic photo and video sense would be preferred


Important Note

The company already has a content writer, graphic designer and marketing agency. This role is for someone who can coordinate, execute, organise, follow up and make sure marketing work happens smoothly every day.


Ideal Candidate

Someone social, sharp, organised and hands-on.


The person should be able to manage daily marketing coordination, keep all work structured, communicate well with different people and ensure content, creatives and campaigns are executed in a clean and timely manner.
