Job Title: Kitchen Chef

Location: Juhu

Vacancy: 2-3 positions available

Salary: INR 10,000 - 15,000 per month + travel allowance (Based on the number of shifts you pick)

Working Hours: Monday to Sunday

- Shift 1: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM  

- Shift 2: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM  

Initially: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Job Description:

We seek enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Cloud Kitchen Chefs at Acai By the Bay. As a Cloud Kitchen Chef, you will be responsible for preparing delicious smoothie bowls as per customer orders.

Responsibilities:

- Follow recipes and prepare smoothie bases.

- Chop fruits and prepare other ingredients as required.

- Assemble smoothie bowls according to specific customer orders.

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area.

- Manage and keep track of orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

- Enter order details into the system accurately.

- Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times.

Requirements:

- Prior experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not required.

- Ability to follow recipes and instructions closely.

- Basic understanding of food hygiene practices.

- Must be able to communicate and read basic English.

- Willingness to learn and follow company standards and procedures.

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
