Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Chef for our Malvani restaurant. The candidate should have good knowledge of Malvani, Maharashtrian, and seafood cuisine, maintain food quality and hygiene, manage kitchen operations, and work efficiently during busy hours. Experience in tandoor, gravy preparation, and coastal-style cooking will be preferred. Teamwork, speed, and consistency are important.
