Job Description – Counter Sales Associate

Salary: ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 + Incentives + Bonus Benefits

  • Job Responsibilities:Welcome and assist customers at the store counter
  • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products
  • Maintain good customer service and positive communication
  • Handle billing and support sales activities
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper display at the counter
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
  • Coordinate with the store team for smooth operations
