Job Title: Counter Sales Executive – Lab-Grown Diamond Jewellery

Location: Bandra, Mumbai

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience)

Experience: 1–3 Years

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Counter Sales Executive to join our premium Lab-Grown Diamond Jewellery brand in Bandra, Mumbai. The candidate will be the face of our brand at the showroom, responsible for guiding customers through their jewellery selection journey, ensuring superior service, and achieving sales goals. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for luxury retail, strong interpersonal skills, and an understanding of fine jewellery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist walk-in customers with product selection, offering a personalized shopping experience.
• Educate customers about lab-grown diamonds, their quality, certifications, pricing, and benefits compared to natural diamonds.
• Maintain a visually appealing and well-organized product display at the counter.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process including enquiry handling, quotations, billing, receipts, and payment processing.
• Achieve monthly sales targets by upselling and cross-selling products.
• Develop strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Assist in daily stock management, inventory updates, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with company standards of professionalism, grooming, and customer care.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1–3 years in retail/counter sales (jewellery/luxury retail preferred).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, precious metals, and especially lab-grown diamonds is an advantage.
• Pleasant, confident, and customer-focused personality with a sales-driven mindset.
• Ability to handle billing software/ERP systems will be preferred.

Salary & Benefits:

• Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (as per experience).
