Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Shift: Rotational Shift

Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Counter Sales Representative to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for attending walk-in customers, handling billing and sales, maintaining product displays, and ensuring excellent customer service at the counter.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers at the sales counter
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
• Handle billing, cash, UPI, and card transactions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area
• Manage stock display and inform the team about low inventory
• Resolve basic customer queries and complaints professionally
• Coordinate with the backend/store team for smooth operations
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

Requirements

• Minimum HSC / Graduate preferred
• 1–2 years of experience in retail or counter sales preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of billing systems and POS machines
• Ability to work in rotational shifts
• Customer service attitude and positive personality
