Creative / Design Head

We are looking for a highly creative, organized, and execution-focused Creative / Design Head to lead our design team and oversee the successful delivery of branding, packaging, social media, website, and digital marketing projects. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring exceptional creative quality, maintaining timelines, and mentoring the creative team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage branding, packaging, website, social media, and marketing design projects.
• Allocate work, manage the creative team, and ensure timely delivery of all projects.
• Maintain high creative standards through regular design reviews and quality checks.
• Coordinate with client servicing, content, web development, and production teams.
• Ensure all deliverables align with client briefs, brand guidelines, and agency standards.
• Mentor and guide designers while fostering creativity and collaboration.
• Manage project timelines, priorities, and resources effectively.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a creative leadership role within a branding, advertising, or design agency.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, packaging, digital, and web projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Excellent team management, project planning, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail with a passion for design excellence.
