Creative E-commerce Executive (Fashion Industry)

We are looking for a dynamic and creative professional who can blend design sensibility with e-commerce expertise to elevate our fashion brand. This role requires a hands-on individual who can create visually compelling creatives, manage and optimize our Shopify store, and contribute to driving online sales through customer engagement and strategic execution.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Graphic Design & Creative Development

• Design high-quality creatives for digital platforms including social media, website banners, emailers, and ad campaigns.
• Ensure all designs align with brand identity and current fashion trends.
• Conceptualize and execute visually appealing campaigns for product launches, promotions, and seasonal collections.

2. Shopify Store Management

• Handle day-to-day operations of the Shopify website.
• Regularly update website visuals, banners, product pages, and collections to enhance user experience.
• Optimize website layout, navigation, and performance for better conversion rates.
• Coordinate with developers (if required) for technical improvements and feature enhancements.

3. E-commerce Growth & Customer Interaction

• Assist in planning and executing strategies to drive online sales.
• Monitor website performance metrics and suggest improvements.
• Engage with customers via chat, social media, or other channels to enhance user experience and conversion.
• Support in running online promotions, offers, and campaigns to boost sales.
