Crew Member – Job DescriptionJob TitleCrew Member / Team Member
Role SummaryThe Crew Member is responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing food and beverages, maintaining hygiene standards, and supporting smooth daily operations at the café/store.
- Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist customers politely
- Take customer orders and handle billing/POS operations
- Prepare sandwiches, beverages, and quick-service food items
- Maintain food quality, hygiene, and safety standards
- Keep dining and kitchen areas clean and organized
- Refill stock and monitor inventory/expiry dates
- Handle basic customer queries and complaints
- Support teammates during rush hours
- Follow company SOPs and shift instructions
- Skills RequiredGood communication skills
- Customer-friendly attitude
- Teamwork and multitasking ability
- Basic cash handling/POS knowledge
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- EligibilityMinimum: 10th/12th pass
- Fresher or experience in QSR/café/restaurant preferred
