Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for achieving assigned sales targets by assisting customers and promoting products effectively
  • Ensure proper floor set-up, including folding, sizing, tagging, and attractive product display as per store standards
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance customer buying experience
  • Conduct Global Count
  • Handle stock receiving, including verification of quantity, quality, and documentation
  • Manage stock outward, including dispatch, transfers, and coordination with store inventory systems
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, understanding their needs, and offering suitable product solutions
  • Maintain display of sales floor and back store
  • Support the team and supervisors in day-to-day store operations
