Job Description
We are hiring a Customer Support & Operations Executive for our Kids Clothing Brand.
Responsibilities:
- Calling and coordinating with customers for order confirmation and queries
- Providing timely support and resolving customer concerns
- Packing, labeling, and dispatching orders accurately
- Managing return and exchange requests
- Updating order and customer details in the system
- Coordinating with delivery partners when required
- Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English
- Basic computer and smartphone knowledge
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently
- Honest, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Prior experience in e-commerce/customer support is a plus (not mandatory)
