Job Title: CRM Executive – Post Sales

Experience: 2–4 Years

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

• Key ResponsibilitiesIssue Welcome Letters and Welcome Emails to new customers.
• Collect and verify KYC documents from customers.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with clients for outstanding payments and facilitate smooth loan disbursement.
• Issue demand letters based on construction milestones and ensure timely payment collections.
• Send pre-intimation and work completion updates to customers for advance fund planning.
• Generate and issue payment receipts.
• Prepare and coordinate documentation related to stamp duty and property registration.
• Coordinate with banks and customers for loan processing and disbursement.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports and customer records.
• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain strong follow-ups with customers to ensure timely collections and a seamless post-sales experience.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth customer service and project updates.
• Required SkillsExcellent communication and customer handling skills.
• Strong follow-up and collection abilities.
• Knowledge of KYC documentation, registration, and loan processes.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and CRM software.
• Ability to manage multiple customers and meet collection timelines.
