Customer Care Executive

We are looking for a smart, presentable, and customer-focused Customer Care Executive cum Store Assistant to handle both in-store customer interactions and basic store operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a friendly attitude, and the ability to multitask efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:Customer Care Duties:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers in a polite and professional manner
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests in-person or over phone
• Provide information about products, prices, availability, and offers
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
• Process billing and handle basic record-keeping or data entry

Store Assistance Duties:

• Assist in managing store inventory and product displays
• Ensure products are neatly arranged and shelves are stocked
• Support in stock receiving, tagging, and labeling
• Help with daily store opening and closing procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the store area
• Requirements:Minimum 10th/12th pass or graduate (preferred)
• 0–3 years of experience in customer service or retail store handling
• Good verbal communication in Hindi/English or regional language
• Basic knowledge of billing systems, Excel, or POS software
• Presentable, polite, and customer-friendly
• Willing to work on weekends or rotational shifts (if required)
