**Job Description:**

We are seeking a dedicated **Customer Relationship Executive** to join our team

at our Ghatkopar office. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining

and nurturing relationships with our existing customers. This position emphasizes

meaningful communication and excellent customer service, without the pressure of

pushy sales tactics.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Make calls to **specific customers** (not retailers) based on predefined leads.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with existing clients to ensure customer

satisfaction.

• Create soft leads through meaningful client interactions.

• Onboard new customers into our system, ensuring all required information is

accurately captured.

• Maintain and update the **Customer Relationship Management (CRM)** system

with relevant data.

• Collaborate with the backend team to ensure smooth onboarding and post onboarding

processes.

• Provide support to customers by addressing basic queries related to our credit

score consultation services.

**Key Qualifications:**

• Prior experience in customer relationship management or tele calling is preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• **Multilingual candidates** (e.g., Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, English, or other

languages) are highly encouraged to apply.

• Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain long-term relationships.

• Proficient in using CRM software or willing to learn.

• A customer-first mindset with attention to detail.
