Customer Relations Officer

This role is NOT a pressure sales job.

There are NO daily targets, NO field visits, and NO cold selling.

Your main work will be to:

• Talk to existing dealers & inquiries
• Understand their requirements
• Share product information
• Coordinate orders internally

If you can talk politely, listen well, and explain things clearly, you can do this job easily

• Key Responsibilities (Simple & Comfortable Work) Communicate with existing dealers & incoming inquiries
• Share product details, prices & availability (training provided)
• Build good relationships with customers (no pushing / no forcing)
• Coordinate with accounts & dispatch team for order follow-ups
• 📊 Basic reporting to senior team

No field work

No hardcore sales pressure
