We are hiring candidates for an International Banking Process in Malad. The role involves handling customer service and banking-related queries for international customers. Candidates with strong English communication skills and relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

Job Details -

Location: Malad

Work Mode: Work From Office

Transportation: One-way transportation provided

Shift: US Shift – 5 PM to 9 AM

Working Hours: Any 9 / 9.5 Hours

Eligibility & Experience

• Graduates: Maximum 6–7 years of experience
• HSC Candidates: Maximum 10 years of experience
• Maximum Age: 40 years
• Strong command of English, both written and verbal.

Role & Responsibilities -

• Handle customer queries related to banking services and accounts.
• Provide accurate information and appropriate resolutions to customers.
• Assist customers with banking-related requests and service queries.
• Maintain professional communication while handling customer interactions.
• Follow the required process guidelines and quality standards.
• Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions.
• Candidate RequirementsStrong English communication skills.
• Good customer handling and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in US shifts.
• Candidates must have all required employment and educational documents.
• UAN check is mandatory.
• Immediate joiners are welcome.
• Candidates serving their notice period are also acceptable.

Salary & Benefits -

• HSC: Up to 6.2–6.5 LPA
• Graduates: Up to 7 LPA
• Night Shift Allowance (NSA) applicable
• One-way transportation provided
