Customer Service Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through Voice / Chat / Email support.

• Provide accurate information about products and services.

• Resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner.

• Maintain a positive customer experience in every interaction.

• Update customer records and follow company processes.

• Escalate unresolved concerns to the concerned team when required.

• HSC / Graduate candidates can apply.

• Freshers & Experienced both are welcome.

• Good communication skills in English (Hindi & Marathi added advantage).

• Basic knowledge of computer operations and typing.
