Job Overview:

We are hiring an experienced Compliance Officer for our Stock Market BPO Process. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring employee activities, client communications, and operational processes to ensure strict adherence to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and compliance standards related to the stock market industry.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in stock market compliance monitoring, telecalling compliance, disclaimer management, and client communication audits.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor telecalling activities and client interactions for compliance adherence

Ensure proper stock market disclaimers are provided during calls, WhatsApp chats, and other communications

Identify false commitments, misleading statements, or policy violations

Audit calls, chats, CRM remarks, and sales practices regularly

Maintain compliance reports, warning records, and audit documentation

Coordinate with management regarding compliance breaches and disciplinary actions

Train employees on compliance policies, ethical communication, and company SOPs

Ensure all teams follow SEBI-related communication guidelines and company standards

Handle escalations and maintain confidentiality in sensitive matters

Submit daily and weekly compliance reports to management

Required Skills:

Experience in Stock Market Compliance Process is mandatory

Strong knowledge of telecalling and BPO compliance monitoring

Good communication and observation skills

Ability to identify compliance risks and policy violations

Basic knowledge of Excel, CRM systems, and reporting

Strong documentation and reporting abilities

Professional, disciplined, and detail-oriented approach

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate preferred

Minimum experience required in Stock Market / BPO Compliance Process

Knowledge of client handling and compliance auditing preferred

Job Timing: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM
