Position: Customer Success & Software Implementation Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a smart, confident, and customer-focused Female Customer Success & Software Implementation Executive to act as a bridge between our customers and development team. The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, coordinating with developers, providing software training, and ensuring successful implementation of our ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:- 

• Understand customer business processes and software requirements.
• Gather and document customer requirements clearly.
• Coordinate with the development team and explain customer requirements.
• Follow up with developers regarding pending tasks, bug fixes, and feature requests.
• Provide online and offline software demonstrations to customers.
• Conduct product training sessions for new and existing customers.
• Guide customers on how to use software modules effectively.
• Assist customers during software implementation and onboarding.
• Handle customer queries, support requests, and issue escalation.
• Prepare requirement documents, meeting notes, and training materials.
• Track project progress and ensure timely customer communication.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills;-

• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).
• Ability to understand business processes and customer requirements.
• Basic knowledge of ERP, Accounting, Inventory, or Business Software.
• Good documentation and reporting skills.
• Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
• Basic knowledge of software development processes is an advantage.
• Good presentation and training skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Qualification;-

Graduate in B.Com, BBA, BCA, MBA, IT, Computer Science, or related field.

Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

1–3 years of experience in Customer Support, ERP Support, Business Analyst, Software Training, or Implementation will be preferred.
