We are hiring for the Customer Support (Voice Process) team.

Position: Customer Support Executive – Voice Process (Retention Queue)

Job Location: Malad West Mumbai

Shift Details :Graveyard / Night Shift {2:30 To 4:30pm}

5 Days Working 2 Rotational Off

Roles & Responsibilities

Handle customer retention and loyalty-related voice interactions.

Resolve customer concerns and provide effective solutions.

Retain existing customers by understanding their issues and offering suitable support.

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Achieve retention and performance targets.

Update customer interactions accurately in the system.

Eligibility Criteria

Excellent communication skills in English.

Minimum HSC/Graduate qualification preferred.

Prior experience in Customer Service / Retention / Voice Process is an advantage.

Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Comfortable working in night/graveyard shifts.
