We are seeking a dedicated After-Sales Support Specialist to join our e-commerce team, focusing on premium mobile accessories and electronics. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, communicating exclusively via WhatsApp Business and email to ensure complete post-purchase satisfaction. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve addressing customer inquiries, resolving order issues from platforms like Amazon and Blinkit, and providing clear, step-by-step guidance on product usage—such as assisting with tempered glass installations or troubleshooting device compatibility.

The ideal candidate has excellent written communication skills, a professional and empathetic typing style, and a strong ability to de-escalate concerns gracefully. You will handle warranty claims, process replacements, and track order deliveries. Beyond simply answering messages, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our high seller ratings and minimizing product returns by proactively engaging with buyers and logging feedback.
