Job Title: International Voice Process ExecutiveSalary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on English communication skills and experience)

Job Type: Full-time

Shift: 5 days working two rotational off24x7 Rotational Shifts (including night shifts)

Job Description:We are hiring dynamic and enthusiastic candidates for the role of International Voice Process Executive. The role involves handling customer interactions for international clients and delivering high-quality support over calls.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and/or outbound international customer calls
• Resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain excellent communication and customer service standards
• Accurately document customer interactions
• Follow company guidelines and process protocols
