Hiring for Customer Service Executive ✨
🏢 Process: Banking Customer Service (Credit Card Support & Cross Selling)
📍 Location: THANE

💼 Job Role:
➡️ Handle inbound customer service queries related to HSBC credit cards
➡️ Assist customers with card services, schemes & product information
➡️ Cross-sell relevant credit card offers and banking products
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
🎓 Graduate Mandatory
📞 Minimum 6 Months Experience in BPO Inbound Voice Customer Service
🗣️ Excellent Communication Skills Required

⚠️ Important Requirement:
✔️ Candidate’s CIBIL Score should be 650+ or 0
✔️ No previous loan defaults or settlement history
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
🕘 Shift Details:
☀️ Day Rotational Shift
⏰ Shift Window: 6:30 AM to 8:30 PM
➡️ Any 9 Hours Working + 1 Hour Break
📅 5 Days Working
🌴 2 Rotational Week Offs

💰 Salary Package:
💵 ₹19,000 In-hand(If Experienced)
💼 ₹23,000 CTC
