Job Description
Designation- Customer Support Executive
Location - Malad, Mumbai
Shifts- 5 days working with 2 rotational week offs (Including Night Shifts)
Immediate Joiner Preferred
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls, chats, or emails professionally.
• Resolve customer queries related to products, services, billing, orders, or complaints.
• Ensure first contact resolution (FCR) and maintain customer satisfaction (CSAT)
scores.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the system.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to quality guidelines.
• Escalate unresolved issues to higher levels appropriately.
• Meet performance KPIs such as AHT, quality, attendance, and productivity.
• Stay updated on product/process knowledge through regular training sessions.
