Job Description
Candidate should have below experience
• Understand customers requirement / query and accordingly provide solution
• thru re-active complaint on SD.
• A daily Co-ordination with ops and timely update to customer.
• Maintain KPI’s to achieve SLA.
• Analyses business of Key customer to find gap and provide solution.
• A good excel and PPT knowledge.
• Pro-active approach on problem shipments.
• Pro-active follow up on outstanding shipments.
• Alert concern stake holders if any problem arise with solution providing.
• A Good team bonding.
Required Good verbal and written communication skills, able to work under pressure and decision making. Good Team player and should support in achieving goals.
