Hiring: Customer Support (Fresher & Exp.)

Location: Thane, Maharashtra

Experience: 0–3 Years

Qualification: Any Graduate

Salary Range: 2.16 LPA to 3 LPA

Key Responsibilities

  • Support customers facing technical issues related to cash back or gift cards
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Verify customer documents and invoices as per company guidelines.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
