Job Description
Assist customers with orders, alterations, and queries across Brandʼs support Email, Instagram, and WhatsApp. Ensure a smooth and delightful post-purchase experience Maintain accurate order, returns and logistics records Manage reverse pickups and return logistics coordination Coordinate with internal teams for timely customer resolutions Handle customer communication via DMs, WhatsApp, and email Provide phone support for escalated email queries Monitor and respond to Instagram comments, DMs regarding order queries. Bring new ideas to the table which help build a community. Managing returns and exchanges using the companyʼs return portal Assisting with daily packaging of forward orders as we l as exchange orders Monitoring inventory and ensuring timely restocking of products Everything - “customers” aka “COMMUNITY”
