Customer Support Technical Executive

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Customer Support Technical Executive to handle customer queries and

provide complete end-to-end support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication

skills in English and the ability to resolve both technical and order-related issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

1 Handle customer queries via chat, email, and calls

2 Provide end-to-end support from website-related issues to order and refund processing

3 Assist customers with account-related concerns

4 Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical and operational issues

5 Ensure timely resolution and maintain high customer satisfaction

Requirements:

1 Fluent command over English (spoken and written)

2 Good understanding of website/app handling (Shopify knowledge is a plus)

3 Strong problem-solving and communication skills

4 Ability to manage multiple customer queries efficiently

5 Basic knowledge of order processing, refunds, and customer accounts
