Job Title: Customer Support Executive – HSBC Cards (Outbound Process)
Job Description:
We are hiring 100 Customer Support Executives for an outbound process related to HSBC Cards. The role involves making outbound calls to customers, handling queries, and providing information about card services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers
- Explain HSBC card services and resolve queries
- Maintain call quality and achieve targets
- Ensure accurate data entry and follow-ups
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: HSC Freshers / Graduate Freshers
- Excellent communication skills required
Shift Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Day Shift)
Weekly Off: Sunday (Fixed)
Salary:
- CTC: ₹18,000 per month
- In-hand: ₹14,000 per month
