Job Description

Urgent requirement's & immediate joining for Customer Support Executive international voice process


Provide exceptional customer support to clients through phone calls, emails, or chats.


Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely manner.


Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.


Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve processes.


Meet performance targets for quality metrics such as first call resolution rate, average handling time, and customer satisfaction ratings.


Desired Candidate Profile


1-6 years of experience in an International BPO/Call Center environment.


Excellent communication skills in English (spoken) with good knowledge of Hindi language.


Ability to work on rotational shifts including night shifts.


Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
