Job Description

Job Description: Tele caller cum Data Entry As a Telecaller cum Data Entry Executive, you will act as the bridge between the customer and the operations team. You will be responsible for calling pre-verified customers to explain document requirements, scheduling pickups, and accurately updating our records. Key Responsibilities  Customer Coordination: Call existing bank customers to inform them about pending documentation (KYC, loan applications, or account updates).  Verification: Explain the specific list of required documents clearly and verify the customer's availability for collection.  Data Entry: Precisely enter customer details and document status into the banking portal/CRM system.  Scheduling: Coordinate with field executives to arrange document pickups based on customer convenience.  Follow-ups: Ensure end-to-end tracking of documents until they are successfully uploaded and approved.  Reporting: Maintain daily logs of calls made, documents collected, and pending cases. Requirements & Skills  Experience: 1–2 years of experience in tele-calling, backend operations, or banking services.  Communication: Excellent verbal communication in [English/Hindi/Marathi Language]. Ability to be polite yet persistent.  Computer Literacy: Basic knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and the ability to learn new banking software quickly.  Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data entry to ensure banking compliance.  Integrity: Ability to handle sensitive customer information with high confidentiality.
