Job DescriptionShifaplus Chemist and Convenience Store is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented CRM & Billing Executive with prior knowledge of pharmacy/chemist store operations.
The candidate should be comfortable handling day-to-day software entries, inventory-related tasks, customer billing, and CRM management using EcoGreen PharmSoft WOW.
- ResponsibilitiesHandle CRM and software data entry accurately
- Manage billing and invoicing in EcoGreen PharmSoft WOW
- Update medicine stock and inventory records
- Maintain customer and supplier records
- Assist in purchase and sales entries
- Coordinate with staff for smooth store operations
- Ensure proper documentation and data accuracy
- RequirementsExperience working in a chemist/pharmacy store preferred
- Knowledge of medicines and pharmacy operations
- Basic computer skills and software handling
- Familiarity with EcoGreen PharmSoft WOW is a plus
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Honest, punctual, and responsible
