Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to manage courier operations and data handling. The role involves coordinating pickups, updating shipment tracking, and maintaining accurate records.


  • Check incoming emails and extract shipment details
  • Assign pickups to delivery staff or courier partners
  • Update tracking details in system/software
  • Maintain daily records of shipments and deliveries
  • Coordinate with team members and report updates to seniors


Ensure all data is accurate and updated on time
